Spring finally!
I have managed to catch some tulips in Duke Gardens this year, but only because it was so cold for so long that they were late to bloom.
Snow Day
Yesterday we had our first snow and it was gone in a matter of hours. But it sure was beautiful while it lasted.
Have an apple…
…or maybe two. I never can resist going into this store. Even though right now I am not on the market for any iStuff.
Winter mood
I hoped these birds will take off as I were taking the shot, so I could catch them in flight. Nope, no luck. I tried to shoot it again and again…until I lost my patience. Birds – 1, me – 0.
Mid-afternoon tea
Actually there were no tea involved. Mid-afternoon was simply the time when I took this shot today. I always had a soft spot for funky tea cups and this store was full of them. It took me some serious willpower not to get one of these.

Have some beer, then take the picture, then have some more while running the picture through as many iPhone photo editing apps as possible. Time well spent.
Three minute flight
State fair – fun to shoot, fun to process and if it is a bit over the top, there is nothing wrong with it too. State fair supposed to be over the top.
